[wp-hackers] first time SVN user, first time adding plugin to directory

I generally just follow the http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/ and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/about/svn/ for updating and tagging 

And may be just me. You will get a lot out of SVN by learning the command line instead of trying to figure out to do things in some interface.
