[wp-hackers] <Input> tags stripped when saving page

I created a separate role using the capabilities manager plugin. Then
assigned the role the unfiltered-html and set the sub-blog user to that
role.
The filters still seemed to apply and the input fields still continue to be
removed for the user. What could I be doing wrongly?

In a multi-site install, only the super-admin has the unfiltered_html
capability, by default.
