My suggestion is to start running tests and fixing any errors/failures
-- either fixing the broken test code or noting if it's an actual bug
in WordPress. Create a ticket for each test you patch at
http://unit-tests.trac.wordpress.org/ *with* the patch. You may also
want to get in contact with Peter Westwood (westi), though I'm sure
he'll chime in on this thread soon.

(I am [slowly] working on importer tests, hope to have something to
show very soon, so no need to work on those just yet)
