[wp-hackers] Re-Selling (your) free plugins

Note that re-selling GPL plugins is perfectly acceptable per the terms of
the license. (The GPL explicitly allows for selling GPL-licensed works.)

However, in this case, the GPL is violated in that the person selling this
compilation claims that purchasers cannot give the compilation away for
free, but can only sell it for an equal ($9) or greater value.

If he were to remove that restriction, as far as I can tell, he would be in
complete compliance with GPL.
