[wp-hackers] When to test plugins

I personally use http://blogtrottr.com/ and have it email me new entries on
this feed http://wordpress.org/news/category/releases/feed

That way its simple, I get an email when a new news post is made in the
releases category, makes it simple since I live in my email not so much on
the wordpress site.
