@scribu: Thanks very much for the reply. I was actually one of those that
suggested to remove Links Manager from core altogether and if that happens
it's cool. However, even if removed, it would make much more sense to have
that as CPT, as you suggested. Thanks.

@Fris: Yes, that's the idea, but that's a quite basic CPT implementation.
