I'd personally love to see a list on the Codex of developer tools. [0] Most
of the committers have one. There's also:

Core Control by Dion Hulse
Dump Environment and Dump Queries, both by Ryan Boren

[0] As long as "WP_DEBUG" is in size 40 font on that page, preferably red
and blinking.
