[wp-hackers] Plugin and theme developer plugins

Out there in the wild there are various plugins that are designed 
purely for developers, for example:
Log Deprecated Notices by Andrew Nacin
WordPress Beta Tester by Peter Westwood

but no doubt there are others.

Has anyone got a full list of these? and if there isn't a wiki page 
for them, why not? (and don't ask me to do it, I hate wiki's)
