[wp-hackers] Links querying multiple tags

I noticed some time ago that links querying multiple tags (e.g.
site.org/tag/foo,bar/) stopped working on my site which runs WordPress
trunk.

I think the following sort of changes introduced the issue, but I am not
sure.

Before I go ahead and file a ticket, I wanted to make sure if

1. Others were seeing this behaviour.
2. The syntax for generating a page with multiple tags just hadn't
changed to something else.
