[wp-hackers] translate.wordpress.org for plugins?

There are some plugins at [
http://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins], all from the WordPress
team it looks like.

Is there a timeline for when plugins hosted at wordpress.org can opt-in to
be included at translate.wordpress.org? I'd really like an easy solution
like this for people to translate my plugin [
