[wp-hackers] Phasing out use of wp_die() for comment errors

I like this idea and have always found the wp_die() approach pretty awkward.
We already depend on themes to show the 'awaiting moderation' message, so
the proposed changes should be integrated with that (and/or that message can
be integrated into a new better system).

Here is a related trac ticket about filling out the WP_Error() system to be
more generalized and more useful in all scenarios, including showing errors
on the frontend of a site:
