[wp-hackers] WordPress News Not Linking to 3.1 Beta Zip

Hi,

Anyone know why there's no news about the 3.1 beta release on the
WordPress news page http://wordpress.org/news/ ?

Call me lazy, but I want an easy access zip file of the beta release
as not setup subversion on my development server :-)
