Anyone ever change the built-in "help links" to the codex to a different
site?

Big client wants their own help documents that they can edit to create some
"in-gui training" ...  I figured another site on the multisite would do the
trick; but I don't think 1 filter or a redirect plugin would work for all of
the existing help links...  Thoughts?
