Yes, actually, I'd kinda sorta bet you are.

The number of people I've had complain that they unable to leave a
comment on my site because they disabled cookies: zero.

Cookies are a part of the internet. Nobody seriously disables them.
Javascript, I get. Which is why I use Cookies for Comments, it's a
no-javascript-needed solution.

NoSpamNX doesn't work, which is why I don't recommend it. I've never
seen a spam bot fill in extra form fields like that.
