[wp-hackers] [GSoC] Dashboard Modules

Hey,

Probably next week I will start with creating my own modules for the  
dashboard and the things what cam up to me where:
  - Disabling standard modules for users (now: plugin or hard coded)
  - Make one column bigger then the other one (percentage or pixels)
  - For network -> adding new user.
