[wp-hackers] Changing the content and plugin dirs

I'm working with a WordPress installation where the location of the
wp-content directory and the plugin directory have been changed by
defining the WP_CONTENT_URL, WP_CONTENT_DIR, WP_PLUGIN_URL and
WP_PLUGIN_DIR constants.

Is anyone aware (just off the top of your head) of any plugins that
don't respect these constants and still use the old system of assuming
'wp-content' and 'wp-content/plugins'?
