When a plugin goes to uninstall it should present the option to the user
about removing options stored in the database. It would be great if it
could offer the user a downloadable copy of those options as well just
in case they want to use it again at a later date. It would be wonderful
if WordPress had this built in so that plugin authors could just call
the function to get the feature.
It would also be a great if themes could do the same thing.
