[wp-hackers] new menu management 3.0

I think at the moment we're all just commenting on and sharing our
experience of using the new Menu system in practice.

I'm pretty sure that once there is a solid idea of what (and whether)
features are needed a plugin or patch will be found from somewhere, but it's
early days yet :)
