[wp-hackers] WP 3.0-bug in installation

Hi,

i'm not sure if i should drop it in this list, so sry if it's wrong
here.. i just thought i ask, before opening a trac-ticket > if someone
knows what's wrong, pls open the ticket. Thansk.

When installing the latest RC today (svn-update yesterday) i got the
following error-message. The installation was a success. Error-message
