[wp-hackers] Comment Notification Emails

+1 to adding direct links to comments. Following the Thesis discussion on several WordPress blogs really reminded me of this.
As for the comment id structure, wp_list_comments() could optionally add them for new blogs. I think it could be handled in a backward compatible manner.
