[wp-hackers] change owner of Plugin SVN folder

Go to your plugin's page on Extend. Click the "Admin" link.

There you can add the new owner as a committer. This gives him access
to the plugin and SVN and such, so he can modify the code.

You'll need to know his wordpress.org username to add him.
