[wp-hackers] How to get a plugin URL working on WordPress

URL for our plugin on WordPress is not working for the last 5 days:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/network-publisher
It has been working for the last ~1 year. SVN directory is also present:
http://svn.wp-plugins.org/network-publisher/

Could you pls let me know how to fix the above?
