[wp-hackers] $_GET['user_id'] isn't working in 2.9 in profile_update hook

Yes potentially but $_POST['user_id'] is still working. Please note
that I am not complaining about that, I am just pointing this out for
completness and to make sure that what is being seen with $_GET
['user_id'] not working is really what is intended.
