Hakre, here you're conflating use of *WordPress* with use of the *Hello
Dolly WordPress Plugin*.
IMHO, a potential copyright-infringement lawsuit regarding infringement of
the copyright for "Hello, Dolly!" would involve itself only with the uses of
the *Plugin*, not WordPress as a whole, given that the use of the *Plugin*
doesn't further any commercial uses of WordPress itself.
