Not sure how helpful this might be, but I know the Gravity Forms
Addons<http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/>plugin
requires the Gravity Forms plugin in order to function properly. It
doesn't appear to require that it be activated in order to itself be
activated, though. The developer(s) might have some insight, though.
