In fact I do not really mind. I personally use Github for my plugins and then submit them to WP.org using SVN when a release gets completed. I was just sharing my experience. Github is definitely better and easier for code contribution than how WP.org is actually. Saying the opposite just reflects a lack of knowledge about Github. Cheers
