[wp-hackers] Additions to the Bulk Actions list on Edit Posts

You're probably right in that it just hasn't come up. I'd also say
that bulk enabling/disabling comments is a much less common action
than bulk editing posts (but probably just as uncommon as bulk
deleting which is another option in the dropdown).

I'd prefer not to see a too many actions added to the bulk action
dropdown as it adds noise when you're looking for the 'delete' or
'edit' option.
