The screenshots look beautiful and it looks like a really well thought-out
tool but i have to agree with the others, this should stay as a plugin. I
think for most people the normal Posts > Edit screen suffices for getting a
sense of when things were posted because it is chronological. Some people
would find your calendar useful, but IMHO for most people it would just be
another confusing menu item to deal with.

On a side note, I think what the Posts > Edit screen needs to be more
editorially useful is better filtering like author-based, and to display the
active filters in the page heading. Right now it just says 'Edit Posts' even
if you've applied month, category, tag or author filters (you can add more
filters than are visible using urls).
