[wp-hackers] Multilanguage Support in 2.9rare

Hello,

with the last update before 2 days and today on the nightly build it
is not possiblt to use a other language. Do you have an idea?
I have install the language-folder in wp-content with the
languages-files (de_DE) and have also set the constant in the
wp-config.php

Also, all plugins dosnt work with other language. The same problem is
on my dev-area on local machine.
