[wp-hackers] WXR creation

Hey,

does anyone here have a base class / function for creating WXR files in 
PHP? I need to create a WXR file from a custom database, and want to 
prevent doing any double work :)

Aaron Brazell seemed to have one[1] but I can't download it at the moment.

Also, I would be willing to pay (up to like 500 dollars) to anyone who 
can write a tool that let's me simply say convert this DB field into 
that WXR field, and adds some UI and options to concatenate stuff.
