[wp-hackers] Advertising on plugin pages

I agree with Heiko on this. However, there may be another way of helping
plugin developers (and theme developers) whose work is accepted onto
wordpress.org. If each plugin page had a donation button and link to show
appreciation this would be seen by the community at the time they download.

I have no problem with a donation link being on each plugin (or theme) page
but wordpress.org would have to agree to it of course.

Perhaps even two buttons? 1. "Liking WordPress - donate" and "Support the
development of this plugin - donate".

Just a thought...
