I'm currently working on #10201 and have some problems with getting the wording clarified. I think we all know about so called "Capabilities". But can you explain the following related terms? :

a) Meta Capabilities

b) Primitive Capabilities

An explanation of those would help me to get things clarified of the current system. Maybe those are all obsolete and only mentioned because that were some time ago concepts dropped with 2.5 / 2.7 ?
