I have integrated Phorum (http://phorum.org) into a WP site recently, and it
was easy to get it smoothly done. Under a day. It doesn't have integrated
login, as we don't need it, but that doesn't seem it would be that
difficult. The Phorum extension and integration tools aren't that hard to
work with. The site is http://pnsca.com if you want to take a look...
