[wp-hackers] Clean up admin filter links

More and more admin pages in WordPress have filter links at the top:
The Edit Posts Page has these:


All (8) | My posts (7) | Published (6) | Draft (2)


The problem is that they can't be modified by a plugin and each admin
page has it's own way of adding them.

I've submitted a patch on trac that starts to addresses these issues:

Is there any chance that it could make it in 2.8 ?
