[wp-hackers] peculiar problem on setting GMT

Hi,

I am facing a peculiar problem now.  We have a corporate blog of around 
12000 blogs, and in most of the blogs, there is always members from 
various countries. 

We are setting GMT option only for the blog.  However, how it will 
handle date when members from various countries start posting.

For example, i may set the GMT as 5:30 as i am residing in india.  
however, another member of the blog may post from US, but his post date 
and time will be displayed in indian time.

My view is that we should set GMT for users rather than blogs.
