To all those who are emailing to the list RE: GSoC;

While this list is a great place to *discuss* your
proposals/applications/ideas, please do note that to be formally
considered, you *must* submit your application via the Google
submission process here: http://socghop.appspot.com/

Just thought I'd remind you all, since a lot of people seem to be
posting their proposals on their blogs and sending a link; that is
*not* considered a formal application.
