[wp-hackers] Theme based wp_redirect() *breakage*

Hey all,

I make calls to wp_redirect() in my plugins and it usually is all good.

Unfortunately, a user is running into problems where the redirect  
header is just printed on screen and fails.

Output buffering is on and all is good with the default theme on his  
server, or a fresh copy of his theme on my workstation (http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/thematic 
).

Any idea what in a theme could make wp_redirect fail?
