[wp-hackers] WP Theme Directory Submission Restrictions

It is possible to promote themes that do not comply with what the WordPress
theme's directory requires on your own site.  Just look at the Revolution
themes.  In addition to this, the WordPress theme's directory has only
recently been reopened so I am sure many planned features will come down the
line.  Also @import statements are not 100% browser compatible.
