[wp-hackers] Hook add_feed - please help

I like add a feed to wordpress.
I have write a small function for generate the feed and the add my
fucntion via Hook

add_feed('mynotifier', 'my_feed');

after activate my plugin, i have the follow error-message under 2.7 beta2.
