unless you pass your form along as an array as such:

<input type="text" name="my-plugin[field-1]" value="" />
<input type="text" name="my-plugin[field-2]" value="" />
<input type="text" name="my-plugin-admin[field-1]" value="" />

would end up with 2 options, 'my-plugin', and 'my-plugin-admin', both  
being arrays, with the keys 'field-xx'
