[wp-hackers] get list of items in a category

ok, this helps a little. what do I need to do to the following code so that
it only retrieves $cat=5?

$myquery = new WP_Query('News');
while ($myquery->have_posts()) : $myquery->the_post();
?><br><b><?php the_title(); ?></b><?php
                    the_content();
                endwhile;
