[wp-hackers] Calling WP TinyMCE from a plugin?

I'm working on an upgrade of the standard WP text widget to use TinyMCE 
for a client.  Is there an easy way (hook, etc) to call the WP 
implementation of TinyMCE, or do I need to build the script out from 
scratch in my plugin?
