Greg,

two things you may want to fix. Probably this will help make it work:

1). Your readme.txt has DOS line ends. You may want to change this to Unix
line ends.
2). You are using * (the star character) at each first column in the
header of your navt.php file. Remove them and just start with plugin
properties right away.
