[wp-hackers] Using the new UI for plugins

I've been looking for documentation on utilizing the new WP 2.5 UI, but I
can't find anything. I've managed to hack together some stuff my looking at
the source code, but I'm wondering if there's any documentation out there
that would help me in my quest for consistent GUI-ness (not to be confused
with Guinness, which is also good) or if there's a plan in release such
documentation?
