[wp-hackers] Idea for a GSoC project

Isn't there going to be something on the Dashboard telling you updates
are available for your plugins? There should almost certainly be.

I'm really loving this move of making the API much richer and
therefore making adding plugins and themes incredibly intuitive for
anyone. Just select, click, password and install.
