[wp-hackers] Plugin: Dashboard Widgets Manager

Just thought I'd inform the list that I'm working on a widget manager for
the new dashboard (the dashboard isn't rearrangeable out of the box). I
didn't want anyone else starting their own version thinking no one else was
working on one (I heard a couple people tossing the idea around).

The double text is kinda a WordPress bug, but I may end up working around it
if it doesn't get patched ( see http://trac.wordpress.org/ticket/6349 ).

I'll post an alpha/beta once I hack together preference saving (the save
button currently does nothing).
