[wp-hackers] GSoC 2008 proposal : Analysis and redesign of wordpress.org

Hi Lloyd,

Haven't gotten my hands on 2.5 yet, looking to do so soon though!  Thanks
for the feedback!  I will take a look at the projects being offered more
closely and see if there are any there, or anything that I come up with that
could be a successful coding project for the SoC :)
