Running PHP as FastCGI (http://neosmart.net/blog/tag/fastcgi/) under
IIS 6 on Windows Server 2003 SP1 R2 (need the "Windows" part for other
non-web projects)

I love Lunarpages, their machines, support, & uptime are the best I've seen.
