[wp-hackers] Stopping downloads of specific versions of a plugin on Wordpress.org/extend

What is the best way to prevent people downloading a specific version
of one of your plugins on Wordpress.org/extend? Is deleting the tag an
acceptable approach?

(Context: I just found a security hole in one of my plugins, I'd like
to stop people from downloading that version)
