[wp-hackers] Text widget plugin that is collapsible

I have been looking and working on a plugin that will give you a collapsible
widget. I want to add content but be able to set a flag on whether it
starts hidden or open.
Any ideas ...I have seen some that kind of work if you have only one
sidebar, but in this day and age I have a WordPress 2.5.1 with multiple
"sidebars"...perhaps it is time to change the sidebar to dynamic Area?  Let
sidebar go the way of the blogroll.
